Request for Proposals/Suggestions for the Actors Ensemble of Berkeley 2012 Season!
Actors Ensemble of Berkeley is looking for Directors for it's 2012 Season. Please submit (a) your resume, (b) your availability in 2012 - that is, the time slots you would be available to direct, and (c) three (3) plays you would be interested in directing for Actors Ensemble. Please include short descriptions and a cast breakdown (M/F, how many, approximate ages).
The Actors Ensemble of Berkeley 2012 season runs Jan-Dec, with four productions running for 5 weeks each, opening dates are approximately January 20th, April 20th, July 20th, and October 19th.
For our 2012 season we are looking for mainstream works with wide appeal. We welcome works both classic and modern, comedy and drama. Please be advised that we may ask you to direct a work different than one of those which you have suggested.
