ACT
Actors Ensemble of Berkeley welcomes actors of all ages and backgrounds, and just as our shows change each season so does our need for actors. Auditions are held a few months prior to a show and usually consist of short, prepared monologues and/or cold readings from the script. If you have a résumé and head shot, please bring it; if you don't, no problem, we would still love to see you!

VOLUNTEER
If you want to help produce, direct, act, create sets, design costumes and props, design or run sound and lights, do make-up, help with lobby operations, publicity, marketing or recruitment... we have a spot for you! (Experience, of course, is welcomed. But certainly not required!) And if you really, really like us (What's not to like?), and you want to keep hanging around. We suggest you can become an AE Member which gives you discounted and complimentary tickets, casting preference and a vote in next season's shows.
