Live Oak Theatre, owned by the city of Berkely, and managed by Actors Ensemble of Berkeley, is available for rentals to theater groups, dance troupes, choirs and other performing and non-performing organizations.

The intimate 143 seat Theatre is located at 1301 Shattuck Avenue (at Berryman) in North Berkeley, only a short distance from Berkeley's Gourmet Ghetto and Solano Avenue restaurant districts.

Performance period of 5 hours = $300.00 (5 hours minimum)
Additional rehearsal time = $30.00 per hour (non-performance)

Nonperformance activities = $40.00 per hour (3 hours minimum)
